Nonprofit
Sage Musings provides on-site training
for nonprofit organizations to enhance the knowledge, skills
and abilities of board members and senior staff. We work with
CEOs and Board Chairs to customize trainings and facilitation
efforts to precisely respond to the needs of the individual
organizations. In addition, we work with key departments to
facilitate the change process, shore up skills and confidence
and improve operations across organizations’ departmental
boundaries.

areas of fundraising, advocacy, roles and responsibilities
